This program is for doctors who choose to study abroad and return to Israel after such schooling with increased knowledge and professionalism in their fields.The program's goal is to provide tools for these physicians and their families so they can achieve the optimal adaptation in the Fellowship process, from organizing their move and the transition process.
Studies and many years of experience show that professional preparation of traveling abroad will lead to better coping mechanisms throughout the stages of transition, and make the adaptation and absorption more rapid and successful.
Guidance: The "Transitions" team includes counselors and psychologists who specialize in preparing for the transition of life in another country, with vast professional and personal experience, with families leaving to live overseas.
